Contract Professor (Adjunct Professor) and holder of the Chairs of Tax Law, International Tax Law and Trust Law at the Faculties of Economics and Law at the University LUM “Jean Monnet”, Casamassima (BA).

With particular reference to the Chair of Trust Law, the first Chair specialised in this field  in Italy ever authorised by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research.

Head of the “Tax Law” Department at the School for Legal Professions at the University LUM “Jean Monnet”, Casamassima (BA).

Scientific Director of the “Master’s program in Wealth Management and Estate Planning” provided by the Postgraduate Training School Wolters Kluwer, that is now at its third edition.

Professor in charge of the course “Trust and anti money laundering” at the Tax Police School of the Italian Finance Police (“Guardia di Finanza”).

Member of the Scientific Committee of Wolters Kluwer’s Tax Master’s program, managing the section of “Wealth Management and Estate Planning”.

Regular Teacher at the main Italian Business Schools (“Il Sole 24 Ore, Wolters Kluwer Ipsoa”), “SAF – Scuola di Alta Formazione degli Ordini dei Commercialisti del Triveneto” – Higher Training School of the Order of the Chartered Accountants of Triveneto), Teacher at countless courses and conveys organised by the main Italian Universities.

Author of various monographs and essays on the themes of Tax Law, Trust Law, Wealth Management and Estate Planning collaborating with Italian and International specialised magazines.

In addition to all above it is worth mentioning the Manual “Tools of Estate Planning and Asset Protection” published by Wolters Kluwer that reached its second edition.

Scientific Director of the “Wealth Management Review”, published by Wolters Kluwer, the first scientific Review in Italy specialised on the theme of Wealth Management.

Advisor to the Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Deputies' Finance Committee with the task to coordinate the Experts’ Group that drew up the Draft Law on the Reform regarding the taxation of the Islamic Financial instruments in Italy as well as the Experts’ Group that drew up the Draft Law on the Reform regarding the indirect taxation of Trusts in Italy.

Advisor to the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Senate of the Italian Republic.

Advisor to the Ministry of Labour of the Government of the Italian Republic.
