Since being admitted as a solicitor in England in September 2008 and in New South Wales in 2015, I have specialised in estate and succession planning for ultra-high and high net worth clients.  I guide clients through the difficult process of ensuring that their estate and succession planning affairs are dealt with comprehensively and compassionately to achieve their intentions in relation to their private wealth, or their business, or both.  I also specialise in trust and estate disputes, which I find very interesting and enjoy trying to resolve.

I gain great satisfaction from carefully listening to clients, considering all the issues and trying to understand them on a deeper personal level to achieve their intentions.  I then create a bespoke strategy for the client and their family. This may involve a combination of trusts, Wills, a family constitution and other documents.  However, it ensures that their wealth passes smoothly, makes a real difference to successful family dynamics and assists in the continued success of any family business which they may own.
