Biography:
As a Private Client Solicitor, I advise on all aspects of Private Client law, but have a particular interest in trust law and contentious trusts and estates, and experience in using mediation to solve those disputes.

I was recognised as a “Key Lawyer” by Legal 500 in both the ‘Personal Tax, Trusts & Executries’ and ‘Contentious Trusts & Probate’ categories for 2020, with the following testimonial:
“Sarah-Jane…impresses with her personable nature, thorough understanding of the issues at hand and proactive approach.”

Whilst in the Legal 500 in 2019 I received the following testimonial:
"Sarah-Jane...helps clients maximise the value of mediation. She ably demonstrates the key skills of mediation advocacy - selecting the mediators; preparing the parties; providing representation and expert advice on the mediation day; and excellent follow-up to ensure matters are fully resolved"

As of June 2021 I am also a member of STEP Scotland Branch Committee.
