Shelley is Managing Partner of Lasting Links Solutions, a social purpose company that provides financial, fiduciary and social services to vulnerable adults and their families through the use of secure cloud-based platforms.

Shelley’s focus on trust and estate administration technology solutions is a natural progression from her prior career in the software industry in San Francisco and Boston.  She has consulted with many businesses and non-profits on the implementation of administrative systems and websites.

She was most recently a Managing Director with Providence Family Offices, an administrative-only multi-family office that provided personal, business, investment, and trust administration services to high-net worth individuals, families, and single and multi-family offices, with a specialization in family office and family trust company administration.

Prior to Providence, Shelley gained in-depth knowledge of all areas of estate planning and administration through working as a Gift Planning Officer at a Community Foundation, practicing law at a boutique Trust & Estates practice, and serving as a Senior Trust Administrator at a private bank.  She is a licensed attorney in Florida, Massachusetts (inactive), and Rhode Island (inactive).

Shelley was a member of the organizing committee that established the Southwest Florida STEP chapter, and serves as Board Secretary. She is also the Deputy Chair and US representative for the STEP Digital Assets Special Interest Group.

Shelley is a former Director and Treasurer of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association, and member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and Professional Advisory Council of the Community Foundation of Collier County. A graduate of Master Class XX of Greater Naples Leadership, she serves on the Greater Naples Leadership Board and Finance Committee, and the Legal Aid Services of Collier County Advisory Board Committee.  Legal Aid Services of Collier County recognized her contributions with the 2014 Leadership Award.

She is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Collier County Womens Bar Association. She has a BSc. In Business from Arizona State University (undeclared minor in information systems) and J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
